Who Is Responsible for Your Data

What We Collect and Why

Account data (username, email, name, password hash, profile details): to create and run your account, as part of our contract with you.

Payment and order data (plan, amount, billing city and country, transaction references, and the date and details of what you confirmed at checkout): to process payments, meet tax and accounting duties, and handle disputes. Our payment partners handle your card and wallet details, and we never see full card numbers.

Usage data (predictions, saved items, watchlists, community posts): to provide the features you use.

Technical data (IP address, pages visited, error logs): to keep the service secure and running, based on our legitimate interest. IP addresses in visit records are removed after 30 days, and error logs are kept for 30 days. To count visitors we also turn your IP address and browser details into a code that changes every day. The address is not saved with that count, and the code cannot connect your visits across days.

Marketing and analytics data (cookie identifiers, the advertising campaign that brought you here, session recordings): for measurement and advertising. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland this runs only with your consent. Elsewhere it runs by default, and any choice you make to refuse is respected.

Marketing emails: sent only if you opted in or, outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Service emails such as receipts and security notices are part of our contract with you.

Who Receives Your Data

We use these service providers, who process data for us: Stripe, PayPal and Confirmo (payments); Hetzner (hosting); Cloudflare (network and security); our email delivery provider; Google (sign-in with Google, Analytics); and, where allowed, Meta (advertising measurement), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings) and tawk.to (live chat). If you connect Discord, we exchange the data needed for that link with Discord. If you turn on signal alerts, we use your email address to send them, and if you connect Telegram we store your Telegram chat ID and username to send them there until you disconnect.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Where allowed, advertising cookies share online identifiers with Meta and Google to measure our marketing. We also disclose data when the law requires it.

International Transfers

We and some of our providers are based outside the EU, EEA and Switzerland, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard. You can ask us for details.

Cookies

Essential (always on): session, security and your cookie choice (tp_consent, 6 months). Marketing and analytics (only where allowed): Google Analytics (_ga), Meta (_fbp, _fbc), Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk), tawk.to chat, and tp_campaign (up to 90 days), which remembers which advertising campaign brought you here so we can store it with your account and payments. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland none of these load before you accept. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of our main pages, or in your browser settings.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep account data while your account is open and delete or anonymise it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it. Payment records, including what you confirmed at checkout, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 10 years.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Automated Decisions

Our forecasts are produced automatically, but they make no decision about you and have no legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Security

Connections to our site are encrypted, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you and the authorities about a serious breach where the law requires it.

Children

The service is only for people aged 18 or over.

Changes to This Policy

We will post any changes here and update the date above. We will email you about material changes.

1. Who We Are

TradePredictor is provided by Qyntora SH.P.K.. Full provider details are on our Legal Notice page. These Terms apply when you create an account, start a trial or buy a plan.

2. What the Service Is

TradePredictor provides automated, general market analysis for information and education. Results depend on the market, timeframe and plan selected. They never take your personal circumstances, knowledge, goals or financial situation into account, and they are not a personal recommendation.

We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. We are not a broker, investment adviser or portfolio manager. We do not hold your money, place trades or manage accounts. Every trading decision is yours alone. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

3. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this contract. You may not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

4. Risk

Trading carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose all the money you trade with. Forecasts can be wrong, and past or simulated results do not guarantee future results. We do not promise any outcome, profit or avoided loss.

5. Your Account

Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use. Each account is for one person.

6. Plans, Prices and Payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Card and PayPal subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force, until you cancel. We tell you by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies. Crypto payments cover one billing period and do not renew automatically.

The free 3-day trial is available on the Enterprise plan, once per account. It needs no payment details and ends automatically without any charge.

7. Cancelling

You can stop future charges at any time in Order History, or by writing to [email protected]. If you turn off Auto-Renewal, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If you press Cancel Subscription, your plan ends straight away and unused time is not refunded.

8. No Refunds

All payments are final and we do not give refunds, including for unused time, cancelling during a paid period, or the outcome of any forecast or trade. See our Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from your first purchase of a plan, and these Terms do not remove it. At checkout you tick a box asking us to start immediately and confirming what that means for this right. See our Right of Withdrawal page.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not break the law, attempt to manipulate markets, scrape or resell our output, interfere with the service, or share your account. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Community Content

You remain responsible for what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the service. Posts are the views of their authors, not TradePredictor. We may remove content or limit accounts that break our community guidelines or the law, and we will tell you why. To report illegal content or challenge a decision, email [email protected].

11. Intellectual Property

The service, its content and its analysis belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own purposes under these Terms, but you may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

12. Availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we rely on third-party market data, which may be delayed or incomplete, and the service may occasionally be interrupted.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any mandatory right you have as a consumer.

Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland keep all protections that mandatory law gives them.

14. Claims Against Us by Others

If you use the service for business purposes, you agree to cover claims brought against us by third parties that result from your breach of these Terms. Consumers remain responsible for their own breaches as the law provides.

15. Changes to These Terms

We will email you at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change applies. We will not treat simply continuing to use the service as your agreement to a material change.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where we are registered, shown on our Legal Notice. This does not remove the mandatory protections of the country where you live as a consumer, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
