General Policy

All purchases made on TradePredictor are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this policy.

No Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). We do not issue refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription, including cases where the user has not actively used the service during the billing period.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate our service before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to make use of this trial. Once a paid subscription begins, no refund will be issued on the grounds of dissatisfaction or change of mind.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Billing Errors

In the event of a verified duplicate charge or technical billing error caused solely by our platform, we will review the case and issue a correction at our sole discretion. To report a billing error, contact us at support@tradepredictor.io within 7 days of the charge.

No Guarantee of Results

TradePredictor provides AI-generated market analysis for informational purposes only. Dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes, market performance, or trading results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
